I am proud to announce to you that MARY LEE SHERMAN, my recruit and a member of The TOPICS!, promoted to a Senior Associate on June 30th! I don't have a picture of Mary Lee to share with you, but I think promotions are something to be recognized and celebrated, so I'm announcing her promotion even without her picture! Mary Lee is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. She has ALWAYS been sweet and sincere to me and I think the world of her! I know she loves to stamp and she has lots of enthusiasm for Stampin' Up! Every time I see Mary Lee, she has a BIG smile on her face, and she is certainly a pleasure to have around! I look forward to the opportunity to get to know Mary Lee even more in the future and I'm so excited and happy about her promotion! THANK YOU, Mary Lee, for being a member of The TOPICS! I know you've seen this picture of Marilyn Devereaux-Ruffin before, but it's time to show it AGAIN! Ms. Devereaux-Ruffin has exceeded my wildest expectations! She has promoted to a Supervisor, meaning she has her first recruit! Marilyn, you are one of my favorite people to talk to because you are so motivated, positive, and determined. You are a shining star! After I hang up the phone from talking with you, I need to do 25 jumping jacks to release all that energy you've created! That is a gift! You are one exceptional person, my friend, and I know there will be many more recruits in your future! Congratulations on your promotion! SHINE, MARILYN, SHINE!

This is a happy day - we're celebrating Patti Schubert's promotion to a Senior Associate! I don't have a picture of Patti - and she won't let me take one of her - but we're gonna celebrate her promotion anyway! If you met Patti, you would absolutely LOVE her and you would instantly fall in love with her! The thing that I like the most about Patti is that when I'm with her, I feel that I can be totally myself. I feel so comfortable with her and I know she makes everyone feel that way. I think that is a special gift! I know that Patti loves Stampin' Up! She is enthusiastic about Stampin' Up!'s products and she gets the cutest little grin on her face when you talk about cards and 3D projects with her! I wish you could see how precious she is - that little booger won't let me take her picture! I'll have to sneak one in on her at some point! CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU, PATTI! I'm so proud of your promotion! You just keep that cute little grin going and you just keep making those cute, cute cards!

WOO HOO FOR DAWN STARK! Dawn has promoted to a Senior Associate! I am SO PROUD of her! She is so excited to be a Stampin' Up! demonstrator and I am excited for her! She is one of the most creatively talented people I know and she has a zeal and exuberance for stamping that ignites everyone she's around! What's even nicer is that Dawn has a very soft and sweet nature about her, she is sincere and honest, she is kind and gentle, and she's so darn cute! I always tell her she's as cute as a bug! I know that Dawn will be very successful as a Stampin' Up! demonstrator and nothing would please me more! I love Dawn and I want her to be happy, to do well, and to flourish. She loves scrapbooking and she plans to hold scrapbooking events, as well as cardmaking events. Dawn, I love your enthusiasm and I feel so fortunate that you are in my life. When you walk in a room, YOU light up the place, my dear! You are a genuine person who truly cares about others.........and you know what? WE ALL CARE ABOUT YOU, TOO! When it rains, it pours - and it can just keep on raining and raining! Kristine Thurber, a member of my second-level downline (Pam D'Urso's recruit) has promoted to a Senior Associate! ISN'T THAT AWESOME????? Kristine joined Stampin' Up! a very short time ago and has just gotten in there and gone after it! That is so exciting to see! Kristine LOVES Stampin' Up! and is having a great deal of fun being a demonstrator, as you can see from her picture! She just recently attended a Stampin' Up! Regional Seminar in Branson, Missouri, with Pam and other members of her group and they had a spectacular time together in Branson! CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU, Kristine, for achieving your first promotion! Now you've paved the way to find your first recruit and begin building your own stamping group, which is so much fun to do! We're all cheering for you and your achievement, Kristine! A great future is just waiting for you - SO GO OUT THERE AND GET IT!!!!!

WOW! We are celebrating a third promotion within The TOPICS! in a very short period of time! Lisa Myers, one of my direct recruits, has reached her first promotion to a Senior Associate! Lisa has only been a demonstrator for three months! MORE POWER TO YOU, LISA! You are incredibly motivated and determined and you are obviously setting the stamping world on fire, my friend! I am SO proud of you and your achievement. You are a happy, positive person and it shows in everything you do! I wish you the greatest success in your Stampin' Up! business, Lisa! What amazes me, too, is that Lisa has a newborn baby at home! Most people would see that as a hindrance, but not Lisa. That shows me that when you set goals and work towards them, GREAT things can happen! Kudos to you, Lisa, for your efforts in moving forward with your business! I am amazed at YOU and what you've achieved!
