Gently Falling Card Sample
The TOPICS! members got together last month and had a "project share," which is where we each bring something for the other members to stamp. It's a terrific way to get lots of super ideas for stamp camps and we leave with finished samples we can share with our clients. We always have such a good time. This is the card that Pam Davenport provided to the group and I absolutely love it. Pool Party and Early Espresso are so pretty together!

Autumn Days Card Sample
When I was looking through a popular papercrafting magazine, I saw a card constructed like this and I wanted to try it with Stampin' Up! supplies! I really liked how it turned out, until I realized that two of my leaves were going in exactly the same direction. Arghhhh, if I had just turned the stamp slightly, it would have been a perfect card, but I still like it and wanted to share it! The fall colors are luscious, don't you agree?

Square Lattice Die Card Sample
When I was blog hopping the other day, I came across this card and thought it was so pretty. I can't remember where I saw it, but I haven't used by Square Lattice Die very much and this gave me the opportunity to pull it out and play with it! Just wanted to share - I love making pumpkins with punches - and I love stamping for fall!

WOO HOO! Look at this! This is another card made by a client of mine, Lisa Diemer! I love it, Lisa, and you were so kind to send me a Halloween card! I love seeing that you make cards at home and not just when you are at my stamp camps! You did such a nice job and that little owl all dressed up for trick-or-treating is just too cute! I'm glad he's at my house visiting with me!

Hand-Penned Holidays Card Sample
Need a quick, easy, and CUTE Halloween card? HERE IT IS! I used the Hand-Penned Holidays, Spooky Bingo Bits, and Out on a Limb stamp sets. The card stock is Rich Razzleberry and Very Vanilla. The ink colors are More Mustard, Rich Razzleberry, and Versamark - because I embossed that scary little bat in black so he'd really stand out! I put Dazzling Diamonds Glitter on the moon and the stars and then finished it off with Black Satin Ribbon. The card base is 6 X 6 and you'll need a Small Open End Envelope for mailing - or just keep it for yourself! To order these cute products, visit my 24/7 online store at www.pennythomas.stampinup.net and click on "Shop Now." All products used and shown are from Stampin' Up! Have a great day!

WAKE UP! And this card will certainly help you do that! This is the card I received on the Founder's Circle Trip letting me know I was being treated to The Little Mermaid performance at the Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater. It's bright and cheerful and the whole front piece has been run through the Square Lattice Embossing Folder. CUTE, CUTE!

My QCM-1200E Heavy Duty Paper Cutter
I'M IN LOVE!!! I know you're tuning in today NOT wanting to see pictures of a paper cutter, but I just had to share this! My QCM-1200E Heavy Duty Paper Cutter arrived last week and I'm in heaven! It's so heavy, I can barely pick it up! It weighs 36 pounds - and I'm not kidding! There was no way I could put it together, so my husband did! As you can see, he's grimacing while putting "the thing" together! It was tedious - the measurements had to be adjusted and then readjusted to get them just right, but once it's finished, IT'S FABULOUS! I've always cut two pieces of paper at a time with my Stampin' Up! tabletop cutter, which I absolutely love - and for small jobs or for an individual's card-making use, it's perfect; however, I cut MEGA amounts of paper on a regular basis and it will be nice to cut down on the amount of time it takes! One of my friends, Jill Hilliard, was kind enough to share this information with me and I immediately purchased a QCM-1200E! Thank you, Jill, you've changed my life!
Here's "the thing" in my office! It's not pretty, it takes up a lot of room, and it smells like a piece of machinery right next to me, but when I placed 50 sheets of card stock in it and cut through all of them at once - and it cut through it like butter, I didn't care what it smelled like! I'm a happy camper right now! My upcoming Christmas Card Workshop where we make 1,500 to 2,000 Christmas cards? No problem! It will be a cinch to cut all that paper. Another amazing thing is that my QCM-1200E cuts so precisely - there's no arch to the paper - it's perfectly straight! I'M IN LOVE WITH MY QCM-1200E! Just thought I'd share!
