Paisley Prints Calendar Page Sample

Isn't this a sweet November calendar page? Last year we made pages for each month of the year and this was one of my favorites. It fits into a jewel case CD holder. If you'll take a brand new pencil eraser and ink it up, you can stamp perfect circles on the important dates you want to remember. The leaf is from a retired set, but we used the ink and roll technique to get the two-tone effect. You ink up your stamp, first, in a lighter color and then roll the edges of the stamp in a darker coordinating color. You get dramatic effects with that technique and it's so easy to do!
