Easter Egg Hunt 2012
Each year, we have a tradition where we have an Easter Egg Hunt on the greenbelt behind our house! This year, however, was the Big Granddaddy-O of all Easter Egg Hunts! We had 30+ high-schoolers participate! Here they are in our garage, waiting for the green light to GO! We hid 325 eggs! Each egg had a number inside - and that number had a prize associated with it! We had lots of candy, gum, Bubbles (yes, the high-schoolers said, "SWEET!" when they won bubbles), Silly Putty, and CASH! They also had egg relays (remember that?) and played pass-the-pretzel-with-a-straw, and even played football! There were some cascarones involved, too! We served LOTS of lemonade and the kids had an absolute BLAST!

How fun! I didn't know your neighborhood did that. How long has that been going on? Looks like a blast!
Looks like you had a great day with smiles all around. What could be better. Happy Easter:)
Looks like everyone had lots of fun. Even big kids like Easter egg hunts too!
What a darling idea, Penny. Easter blessings to you and your family!
