I got this great card idea from Dawn Olchefske. This is one of the notecards we made at my "Wonderful Things the Occasions Mini Brings" Camp Wannastamp. There's a little bitty pearl in the center of the flower on the postage stamp that just makes this card! What a wonderful way to use your designer series paper scraps and get a stunning card!
