I had such a blast making these pennants with the Big Shot Pennant Die! You can make a large one or a small one and you can even layer them to get a two-tone effect. September Card Sample!

To order Stampin' Up!'s fun products, you can visit my 24/7 online store at www.pennythomas.stampinup.net and click on "Shop Now"!
I love this little trio of Halloween cards! They are 3 X 3, which makes them small and cute! What do you do with 3 X 3 cards? WHATEVER YOU WANT! They are cute on gifts; you can stick them in a regular-sized envelope and mail them; you can place them on someone's desk just to let them know you're thinking of them; or you can place them on a small stand and use them for seasonal decorations! Cards don't have to be 5-1/2 X 4-1/4 - and I'm glad you can change up the sizes - it keeps things interesting! I saw this cute trio on Stampin' Connection. All supplies used and shown are from Stampin' Up! The supplies I used are listed below.
Recipe:
Paper: Rich Razzleberry (115316); Wicked Fun Designer Series Paper (117400); Whisper White (100730); Old Olive (100702); Basic Black (121045)
Stamps: Tiny Tags (118091); Teeny Tiny Wishes (115370)

Trick or Treat Camp Wannastamp Project!

To order Stampin' Up!'s amazingly fun products, you can visit my 24/7 online store at www.pennythomas.stampinup.net and click on "Shop Now"!
NOW WE'RE TALKING!!!! What could be CUTER than this? This little quartet is made using Stampin' Up!'s Petal Card Punch. I got the mummy, the bat, and the candy corn idea from Patti Lee's blog. I also wanted to show you the cute set "Make a Monster," which is so perfect for Halloween! You just punch out two petal cards, adhere them together, and you've got a cute little box that holds one perfect Hershey's Nugget! For the bat, you also punch out a 1-3/4" circle, cut it in half, and then use the 1/2" circle punch to put notches in his wings! For the mummy, you also punch out four Word Window Punch pieces and glue them at an angle to the Petal Card box. For the candy corn, glue the Daffodil Delight card stock and the Pumpkin Pie card stock to the Whisper White card stock. Cut from each lower outer corner to the middle of the top center and then round all of the corners! I'm in love with these little guys. Wouldn't it be cute at Valentine's Day to put a big red heart on the front of the box with a Hershey's Nugget inside? The possibilities go on and on and on and on! The recipe is below. All supplies used and shown are from Stampin' Up!, with the exception of the googly eyes and the Hershey's Nuggets! Founder's Circle - Day 4!

My pants are fitting a tad bit snug today and the following four pictures are probably the reason why. There's an endless supply of goodies - chocolates and all kinds of sweet things - that you can eat to your heart's content! Trust me, if they run out, they've got more in those cabinets underneath!
Here is the Tote-ally Tess gal in Decor Elements decorating the windows for us in a '60s theme!
Couldn't resist posing like this! Everyone else was doing it, so I did, too! Like my cute pink bowling shirt?
Me and my super-fun buddy, Dawn Olchefske!
Here is bus one of three taking us somewhere - we haven't got a clue! The last day is always a surprise and there's been a rumor going around that we're not really going to bowl at all! Hmmm.
Aha! They took us to the St. George Convention Center to play Wii Bowling! Our Friday night dinner mates were our team! The name of our team was "The Jewels." The tables were decorated so nicely and we each had a Decor Elements Chalkboard with our name written on it for our placemat! We had a wonderful buffet of hamburgers, hot dogs, salad, potato salad, and fruit. It was delicious! Later on, you had your choice of several different types of pies! I chose pecan - does that sound typical for a Texas gal?
Here is our team - The Jewels! Sorry for the blurry picture, but it's all I've got of our team! From top - left to right - is France Martin, April Lopez, Sharon Armstrong, Jo Golden, and Dawn Griffith. On the bottom - left to right - is Jenny Peterson, Jacqui Craig, and me. They were all so much fun and I laughed ALL afternoon! I've got a headache from that now! Ha!
Look how seriously we took the bowling championship! We figured stamp sets must be on the line! This is my friend France really getting into the action! I tried my best, but I've never been good at bowling! I didn't care one bit - it was a completely enjoyable afternoon!
I was player #3! Not bad for an old lady who NEVER bowls!
This is France Martin, Jenny Peterson, me, and Sharon Armstrong in Heat #1!
This is Jacque Craig, April Lopez, Dawn Griffith, and Jo Golden in Heat #2!
After the bowling competition, each team had to perform a chant or cheer for the audience! We practiced really hard. Each team was scored by a panel of judges. We didn't win, but we had fun. Our cheer went something like this: We recruit in our pink and black - and we are called The Jewels. We love to stamp and scrap - and we are super duper cool! Well, I guess you had to have been there! When I returned to my room, this box was on my bed.
This is an Early Espresso sweater that is BEAUTIFUL! The sleeve has a piece of rubber sewn on to it that says "Stampin' Up!" I am completely in love with it and am already looking forward to our first cold front in Houston so I can wear it!
It has our Wide Early Espresso Striped Grosgrain Ribbon sewn all around the neckline and front. Oh, I love this sweater! Thank you, Stampin' Up! for an incredible four days in St. George and for making me feel so special! Being associated with an outstanding company like you has been indeed a pleasure for 12 years. Here's to a long and happy future together!

Founder's Circle - Day 3!

Okay, I didn't do a very good job of taking pictures today, but we were busy! We boarded a bus this morning and headed to the St. George Convention Center where the Founder's Circle achievers were treated to their own half-day regional seminar. There were guest presenters who did fabulous demonstrations for us and we got to stamp some wonderful samples that I'll share with you soon. There were also awesome display boards up with beautiful samples for us to see. The only picture I took at the regional seminar were of my tablemates. These gals, Dawn Olchefske, Mary Fish, and Kelly Acheson, were wonderful tablemates. Barb Mullikin and France Martin were tablemates, too, but I didn't get pictures of them. DRAT! I'm so bad about remembering to take pictures sometimes. This is a new friend that I've made during this Founder's Circle trip - France Martin. She is absolutely precious and I've enjoyed her company immensely on this trip. Her accent is so much fun to listen to and she has kept me in stitches this entire trip! That's what I love about Stampin' Up! - you make so many new friends. France is from Cheyenne, Wyoming. I wish she lived closer! Take a really close look at Dawn Rapsas's pajamas. She made them using our new designer fabric! I'm so jealous, but I got a "D" in Home Ec, so I'll leave the sewing projects to those more qualified in that department! My pajamas wouldn't look nearly that cute!
Here is a shot of everyone enjoying the evening in their pajamas! This is always a highlight of the Founder's Circle trip. The relaxed and fun-loving atmosphere make it such an enjoyable event - and everyone is anticipating "the card swap"!
Here are the hard-working and tirelessly dedicated Stampin' Up! employees who make this event a huge success! We love every single one of them. They all deserve raises, I think! They work night and day to make everything so nice for us and we appreciate everything they do for us!
Here is the swap line! It stretches from one end of the hotel to the other! The frenzy is unbelievable!
We had wonderful popcorn with REAL butter and all kinds of drinks you'd remember from your childhood! It was a perfect '60s theme!
After the swap, many of us gathered in the Gathering Place to look at our swaps and visit - my favorite thing to do. This is France Martin, Angie Juda, and Jane Wike.
The gals in the picture below are Dawn Olchefske, Kelly Acheson, and Barb Mullikin. These gals made this trip SUPER FUN for me! They were so gracious to let me pal around with them and I appreciate their kindness so much! They truly made a difference for me during this trip. What a super group of gals!
This is Judy Garza from Victoria, Texas. She is such a sweetheart! She did a wonderful presentation today at the regional seminar. We became friends because anytime we would travel to different Stampin' Up! events, we would always see each other at the airport! She is precious and I'm so glad we've become friends! I always look forward to seeing her. She is so bubbly and friendly!
Before I left home, my kids snuck this stuffed Dachshund into my suitcase so I wouldn't miss Otto, our family pet, as much! That was a pleasant surprise! So when my pillow gift was delivered to my room tonight, which is this pizza box, they placed Otto on the box! That was cute!
Here's the tag inside the box! Oh, my gosh, I guess we're going bowling tomorrow! My "team" are the gals I had dinner with the very first night! Oh, no! That means I'll be bowling with France Martin and Dawn Griffith - the gals I told you had me laughing so hard, I almost wet my pants! I know tomorrow will be a BLAST!
Here's my cute pink and black bowling shirt I'll be wearing tomorrow!
Wow, it looks HUGE!
Look at the little bowling pin on the sleeve. Oh, man, I'm TERRIBLE at bowling! I'll let you know how it goes!
