Haley put Otto in the pool with her. He doesn't look very happy to me, but we were glad to see that he can jump out of the pool by himself. That way, if he ever falls in and is smart enough to swim over to the shelf, he'll be able to get out! Let's hope he never falls in!
Here I am at my FAVORITE place, the sun shelf! It is nice and cool under that umbrella and a nice beverage of some sort would have made it cooler, but there will be other times for that! I know I'm going to spend LOTS of time right here! Otto liked being in the shade, too!
I'm so happy with our pool. It is very relaxing to be in it and to listen to the waterfall. Call Suncor Services if you want a pool. They did a great job for us!
Even Randy is enjoying the pool today! After playing in the pool for THREE HOURS, I am exhausted and I need to take a nap! I'm not used to that much physical activity. Maybe this pool will get me into better shape! We played frisbee and floated around on some little intertubes that Carolyn Gray sent me and it wore me out!
Looks wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI agree, what a beautiful day for enjoying your new pool!
ReplyDeleteYEA!! I am so glad that you got to get in the pool. I was wondering about that. I love the umbrella too. Never seen a pool with an umbrella in it, great idea! Now I just need to see the lights....
ReplyDeleteWhat a great way to spend your 4th of July - in your pool with the family! It looks awesome. Thanks for sharing the process with bloggerland. It was interesting.

I have watched the progress of your pool on your blog and now it is finally finished and it looks just so cool - you really don't know how lucky you are - enjoy! best wishes Lesley x
ReplyDeleteI love your pool! I think Otto will like it better when he gets used to it more.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful, it looks refreshing and cool. Enjoy it! Cheryl
ReplyDeleteI’ve read all the installation process posts, and I must say, it was definitely worth the wait! Your swimming pool looks so wonderful! It’s a good decision that you made it Zen-like, because the design made your pool area look relaxing and calm. Cheers!
